Maxximus G-Force Ultima with 1600 hp is the world's quickest car

The recipe for quick acceleration is pretty simple: mix equal parts low weight with lots of horsepower, grip, and some low gearing. It would make sense then that
Marlon Kirby and financier David McMahan took the Ultima GTR, already the fastest car in the quarter mile and 0-100-0, and drop in an all aluminum 7.0-liter Chevy small-block V8 with twin turbochargers making 1600hp.

The end result is what they like to call the Maxximus G-Force. The lightweight (2700lb) beast drives all that power through a three-speed sequential gearbox, while six-piston AP Racing calipers gripping 14.2-inch discs handle the stopping power. All that equipment is good for a 0-60 time of 2.1 seconds, 0-100 in 4.5 seconds, and 0-100-0 in 8.8 seconds.

The price tag on this extreme ride is a cool 3 million, but a quick ride in the G-Force is bound to make you forget, or just black out anyway.
