SEMA 2009: Ringbrother's 1964 Ford Fairlane "Afterburner"

Ringbrothers has quite a history of bringing incredible cars to SEMA each year, and this year was no exception. Their latest creation is dubbed "Afterburner," and is based on a 1964 Ford Fairlane.

The Fairlane has undergone an "extreme makeover" of sorts and features a carbon fiber hood, fenders, front and rear bumpers, side intakes, and deck lid spoiler. There's a ridiculous amount of billet aluminum in use here. Paint is a combination of three BASF R-M Diamond paint colors - Afterburner Red, Agent Orange and Mission Brown.

The Afterburner isn't all looks of course, it is packing some serious heat under the hood. A Roush 427 IR crate motor pumps out 560 horsepower and 540 lb-ft of torque and looks great doing it.
