Iacocca 45th Anniversary Edition Ford Mustang revealed
Last night Lee Iacocca himself pulled back the curtain to reveal a car built to celebrate his legacy and importance to the automotive industry, the 45th Anniversary Edition Ford Mustang.
Unlike most tuner Mustangs, this version isn't just a bolt on body kit and some bolt on engine mods. The design is a rework of the entire car's lines, and it comes off rather untacky and clean.
The first example sold last night for a hefty sum of $125,000. If you want one, only 44 more examples will be built.

It's interesting that although Lee Iacocca started the fledgling Mustang project, he's also the one credited with just about drowning it in the early 1970's.
The Mustang's engineers were extremely happy that he left.
Oh, well, this one's a pretty nice car.
